GTS Alive Group creates customised added value programs associated with our IDs in every country where we operate. These programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of our local customers. Additionally, we leverage our partnerships with international brands such as Samsung and Vodafone across all our markets.

The Alive App lies at the core of all our digital IDs, offering customers access to their cards wherever they go. It guides them to access our merchant network globally and consistently keeps them informed about new limited offers and competitions through notifications on their mobile devices. Paired with our verification systems, it offers high security and ensures instant verification of varying customer status, such as being a verified student.

As the verification of our IDs plays a crucial role in enabling our business partners to access accurate usage data and minimize the risk of fraud, we offer them multiple methods to verify our digital IDs. These verification options include using a dedicated merchant app, Alive Verify for scanning QR codes, integrating QR stickers that cardholders can scan through the Alive App, or employing an API service for online customers to validate ID authenticity. All of our these methods are secure and operate in real-time.

Targeted messages to the right customer groups is essential for all marketers. Alive Partners provides our business clients with the tools they need to manage their profiles within our ID ecosystems. Using data from our verification services, they can effectively target customer groups that are the most relevant. As one of the the world's leading student ID issuance entities, we take pride in our custom-made systems, tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers and markets. These systems are not confined to our home countries but are utilized in 28 countries worldwide, stretching from Canada to Japan. They encompass a range of tools, including customer and partner databases, online ordering, card issuance, and marketing tools. At the core of all our digital products and services lies the Alive Platform ERP.

Our IDs find application in thousands of institutions, ranging from academic institutions to corporate partners. Among the key functionalities of our IDs is providing secure access to buildings, and thus, we offer our partners comprehensive hardware and software access solutions. These solutions encompass a variety of components, including readers, turnstiles, and cloud-based software that effectively manages all IDs and their associated permissions within the system. We refer to this comprehensive solution as 'Etugate,' which has already been successfully deployed in over 100 institutions.

Formation of GTS ALIVE (established as CLEAR CARDS ltd.)
First financial co-branding (with Bank Austria in the Czech Republic)
